Yes. All our Gift boxes in ‘Our Collection’ come with gift wrapping included in the price. However, if you purchase a single item you can add the Gift Wrapping item to your cart and we will send your purchase gift wrapped.

Yes. We do already have pre-made gift boxes in the ‘Gift Collections’, however, if you would like to create your own gift box you simply add all the items to your cart as well as the gift wrapping item.

The majority of our products can be personalised. Before adding the item to your cart, there will be an embroidery option where you can insert the name wanted. Additional items can be personalised at an additional cost, please contact us if you are interested.

Unfortunately, products cannot be returned. If for some reason you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us so we can review and reach a solution. We quality check every item that is shipped out and have a strict quality control procedure.

As we are a small business and everything is handmade, please allow 4-7 business days for processing times. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped!

Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 2-7 business days and express delivery takes 1-2 business days.
